INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz. distilled or purified water
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- juice of a lemon or tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar
- 12 drops of liquid kyolic or two cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of each - olive oil and castor oil
Drink first thing in the morning (or as early as possible). I like to chase mine with orange juice or grapefruit to remove the taste from my mouth. Give it some time to settle in your stomach (about an hour at least), then follow with your breakfast (whole fruit or a vegetable or fruit smootie work well).
